UID – Sales Support

UID is the internal talent acquisition arm of a diversified conglomerate with businesses and investments across the region.  

The group, HQ in Singapore, with Global presence having several listed companies which include manufacturing, property, and retail. 

• Support business strategies and improve efficiencies, recommend/drive cost-saving initiatives, help to promote a culture of innovation
• Assist in establishing and/or improving templates & reports for internal use
• Assist in manage various other financial topics to support the team
• Assist in preparing of rolling for sales flash & PL reports by region, by product, by currency providing volume and price update, actual data update, assumptions made and evaluating performance
• Assist in preparing inventory management report
• Provide any other ad-hoc tasks which may be assigned from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Accounting, Finance or equivalent
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Visio to develop process flowcharts
• Detail-oriented
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with internal stakeholders at all levels
• Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese (Spoken & written)
