Work Scope

• Involve in technical training activities and provide administrative and data management support to the Competency Development (CD) Department in the following areas:
  • Training material development with engineering technology information.
  • Maintain the Training Database Platform.
  • Engineering knowledge for continuous improvement within the CD teams.
  • Administrative support on the various on-going CD Projects (e.g. Question Bank, etc).
  • Assist with the other tasks as assigned by the CD Department staff.
• Support Retail Development Department in performing market intelligence/ analytic work.

Requirement:

• Mechanical/ Mechatronic engineering/ Data Analyst background
• Literacy in the use of MS365 software (Advanced Excel, PPT) and MS power platform (e.g. Power BI, Power Automate)
• Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
• Willingness to learn.
• Self-starter & meeting task deadlines
