Overall Job Objectives

To provide admin support to the Media Sales Team

Core Responsibilities 

• Contacting and forging new partners for digital subscription
• Cold Calling and Emailing methods
• Maintain sales and administrative records
• Evaluate new opportunities
• Research prospective partners
• Address customers enquiries and concerns
• Work closely with the Sales Representatives to ensure accurate submission of administrative documents
• Point of contact between Sales Representatives and Business Partners

Job Specifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Good Administrative skills (Microsoft Office)
• Positive with good learning attitude
• Able to work in a fast-paced sales environment
• Able to commit a minimum of 3-6 months for full time internship
• Possess the required work rights for Singapore
• Current Poly/University Students are welcome to apply
