Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day HR operations.
• Manage confidential documentation, records, and maintain personal folders.
• Assist in updating employees' personal information in the system.
• Contribute new ideas and information to collaborate with team members.
•  assist in the HR administrative task
• Handle any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by your superior.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Admin or related field.
• Strong communication skills and collaboration skills
• Ability to efficiently multi-task and be self-motivated while working with others
•  Demonstrating high proficiency in HR processes, policies, standard operating procedures and administer day-to-day HR related transactions.
