Job Description

CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT INTERN 

In this role, you will render business and administrative support to the Customer Service Team. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Assist the sales and customer service support team with administrative work, compiling and editing of reports. 

• Support the team with relevant marketing stints and activities. 

• Help to collate and analyze data of existing customer base and growth potential. 

• Help to develop new and exciting strategies to explore new ways to capture a larger customer base. 

• Accompany the Customer Success Manager to run campaigns for existing customer base.

• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned. 

Key Requirements: 

• Currently pursuing a Diploma in Business Administration or any other relevant fields. 

• Results and service-oriented individual who possesses initiative and good communication skills. 

• A proactive team player but with the ability to work independently in challenging projects and timelines. 

• Enthusiastic and resourceful with a “can-do” attitude
