As a Business Development Intern, you will collaborate closely with business development team to identify and explore growth opportunities, assist in market research and analysis, and contribute to the development of strategies to drive business growth. This internship offers an opportunity to collaborate with sales team across different Business units and developing business development skills and gaining market insights and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the business development teams by conducting market research and analysis focused on PS Sustainability services. This includes identifying potential clients, market trends, and the competitive landscape
- Assist in creating and maintaining a database of potential leads and clients.
- Participate in meetings and brainstorming sessions, providing valuable insights and ideas to contribute to the business development strategy plan
- Conduct independent research on sustainability related topics (examples: packaging waste recycling, product life cycle analysis etc) to gather information and support client meetings.
- Assist in the preparation of business proposals, presentations, and marketing materials
- Take on other related duties and assignments as assigned, based on business needs and opportunities.
- Work with marketing team to organize the industry events, development of training material customer services and project administration
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree/diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Science, Engineering, Mathematics/Statistics and Environmental related disciplines or other relevant fields
- Be based in Singapore
- Full-Time Intern is preferred, however Part-Time Commitment (2-3 FULL working days) are welcomed
- Result and service-oriented individual who possesses initiative and good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive team player with the ability to work independently in challenging projects and timelines
- Self-motivated and resourceful with a “can-do” attitude
