EasyBiz Cloud is a cloud-based B2B platform designed for small to medium-sized local businesses. Our platform products includes website builder, POS, mobile App builder and operation managements softwares. We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer and Content Creator to join our team, who will play a crucial role in enhancing our platform's user experience and developing engaging content.
Role Overview
As a UI/UX Designer and Content Creator at EasyBiz Cloud, you'll be responsible for designing intuitive and user-friendly interfaces across our website and help center. You'll also create compelling content, including articles, infographics, and videos, to introduce our products & features to both lead and exiting customers. If you have a passion for design and content creation and enjoy making complex systems simple to use, we want to hear from you
Responsibilities
- Design and improve the UI/UX for our website, help center, and other digital contents.
- Create a wide range of content to convert leads, educate and engage our customers, including product/features introductions, how-to guides, infographics, and videos.
- Work closely with our development team to implement design improvements.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to guide your design decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and content creation strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in UI/UX design, preferably with a portfolio that showcases your work on websites and digital platforms.
- Strong skills in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma).
- Experience in creating content, including writing articles, designing infographics, and producing videos.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain your design decisions and content strategies.
- A degree in design, communication, or a related field is preferred but not required.
