Role and Responsibilities

• Reports in to the head of research and operations
• Responsible in the production of media/social media reporting. Ensure that metrics used in reports are aligned across 
• Aid and facilitate workflow and output of the translations team
• Work closely with relevant teams to ensure alignment in all standing orders among clients, Client Success Team, and Production Team.
• Help in pre-sales content development and lead generation
