Triterras Fintech is headquartered in Singapore and was founded in 2018.Kratos is our custom-built, blockchain-enabled, end-to-end global trade and trade finance platform.It meets the needs of both traders (buyers & suppliers) and financing sources like alternative lenders.we were have combined our experience in technology development with our intimate knowledge of the trade and trade finance space to create a leading online digital marketplace

Responsibilities:

• Read to understand trade related documents and enter data accordingly into the system
• Verify entered data by reviewing, correcting, deleting and/or re- entering data to ensure accuracy
• Ability to work in a structured environment and adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements
• Take ownership of queries and proactively following through to resolution
• Update and prepare reports for management review
• Secure information by completing database backups
• File reports for future references
• Document scrutiny
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum “O” Levels.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral
• Provide high level of service to develop long-term customer relationships
• Proficiency with basic computer functions, launching applications, conducting searches on the Internet, and manoeuvring in a Windows-based environment
• Strong interpersonal skills; professional, courteous and empathetic
• Strong problem-solving skills and detail-oriented
• Ability to positively adjust to a rapidly changing environment
