Trilogy Technologies Pte Ltd – Supply Chain Executive

Trilogy Technologies Pte Ltd is a Singapore based, one-stop engineering turnkey manufacturing contract service and solution provider. With in-house production facilities, Trilogy has the expertise to conceptualize ideas to actual prototype, deployment manufacturing, and final product. We are expanding into aerospace and medical industries, and are looking for dynamic and driven individuals to provide critical supply chain management. 

We are looking for a dynamic and adaptive individual to provide administrative support to the company ranging from the below but not limited to it:

• Sourcing & Procurement: Search for electronic components (like integrated circuits, memory, and connectors) or raw parts through approved vendors, open markets, or stocklists.
• Price & Term Negotiation: Request quotations (RFQs), evaluate costs, and negotiate competitive pricing, credit terms, and delivery schedules.
• Order Management & Expediting: Review Material Requirements Planning (MRP) reports, issue purchase orders (POs), and track shipments to prevent production delays.
• Supplier Management: Evaluate vendor performance regarding quality, delivery reliability, and compliance with industry standards (such as ISO guidelines).
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside R&D, engineering, quality control, and finance teams to resolve part shortages, obsolescence, and invoice discrepancies.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration.
• Industry Experience: 1 to 5+ years of purchasing or buying experience within electronics manufacturing services (EMS), semiconductor equipment, or high-mix production.
• Technical Skills: Hands-on knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Core Competencies: Strong commercial negotiation skills, attention to detail, and awareness of component traceability and counterfeit risk
