We are now recruiting for a Translation Account Intern to join our Account Management team to help with our continual expansion.
Supports the Translation Account Manager in all customer correspondences, quotation demands, deliveries of translation and revenue control.
Responsible for administrative tasks which includes contracting or renewing contracts with new and intermittent customers.
Supports the Translation Account Manager to make and send Work Orders and Invoices.
Ideal candidate is able to fit into the Translated Right culture, comprehend organisation’s abilities and services and to viably convey them to the clients as part of supporting the Translation Account team.
Support customer correspondences between the accounts and the project management team
Ensures that all customer issues that arise are highlighted and escalated, advising the Project Manager or Account Manager of any issues that may emerge.
Close work with the Translation Account Manager to keep clients updated on the translation project status.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Has innate curiosity to learn new things and has a great attitude to boot.
Demonstrates ability to work in a fast pace international environment. Ideal candidate is hardworking and works well in a team setting.
Prior industry experience and having an ability in a second language is a plus.
Proficient with Ms Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.)
