BN Advisory Pte Ltd – Business Advisory Associate (SIM Undergrads / Final Year Undergrads)

BN Advisory is set up to provide estate solutions from a legal/commercial perspective. Helm by lawyer who has vast experience in areas of commercial litigation, corporate advisory, cross border transactions, IPO M&As and Venture Capital knowledge, we are seeking for estate advisers to partake in this internship program.

We are looking for SIM Undergrads in areas of Business/Finance/Law/Economics/Accountancy or undergrads from local universities in their final year studies in this internship program.

During the course of the internship, candidates will experience training in areas of Investments and Estate Advisory from a lawyer and a hedge fund manager. Interns will also understand hedging techniques used and the investment decisions by hedge funds to perform certain investment decisions.

Interns will sit in with an associate lawyer to understand how a lawyer and an investment professional shall advise clients who wish to plan for their estate or his business. Such planning may involve the use of corporate trusts, business trusts, buy sell agreements, partnership agreements, corporate structures, MA&A and etc. 

Interns will also be given opportunities to present to clients and interview clients on certain occasions

This is useful for interns who are keen to explore careers in private banking/high net worth segment banking/corporate advisory/family law advisory in the future

We are currently adapting a telecommuting position. Interns will be trained online. Due to overwhelming applications, we regret that we will only accept final year students and/or SIM Undergrads who have a more flexible schedule. Training provided will be sophisticated as interns will be learning from both lawyer and fund manager.
