Tomorrow Grp Pte Ltd is looking for an excellent, driven Business Development Assistant that can assist in developing our business further.

The role of Business Development Assistant is to develop plans to acquire new business and work hand in hand with our clients, providing them with the right solutions to overcome the challenges they face in their business. Selected candidates will also be able to enjoy attractive commission earning from each successful deals.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Working under the leadership of the Business Development Manager.
  • Develop plans to acquire new business through direct sales techniques
  • Manage sales opportunities from lead generation to closure
  • Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client's business needs.
  • Work with clients, to attend to enquiries
  • Provide strategies and market direction for client’s project.
  • Assist in growing client’s brand and company.
  • Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships
  • Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure contracted product specifications are executed on-time and as agreed
  • Effectively communicate value proposition, company vision, product and service
  • Manage end-to-end client relationship including pitching, negotiation, contracting
  • Manage client’s project.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

  • Good negotiation and presentation skill
  • Good writing, communication & interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Able to multi-task and work under minimal supervision
  • Able to work independently in a dynamic and fast pace environment
