Job Description
- Assist in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks, including data entry, document preparation, and record-keeping.
- Support business process improvement by researching and analyzing company operations.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
- Assist in financial reporting, invoicing, and budget tracking as needed.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare reports, and handle correspondence for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support HR functions, including recruitment coordination, employee engagement initiatives, and training materials preparation.
- Assist in marketing and social media management by creating content, monitoring engagement, and analyzing campaign performance.
- Participate in cross-departmental projects to gain a holistic understanding of business operations.
- Handle other administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
