About the role
This role will be based in our Singapore Office and report to the Finance Manager.
The primary role will be to process and handle finance transactions and functions including:
- Manage Receivables, payables, receipts and payments
- Assist in monthly management of accounts and financial reporting
- Monthly payroll processing
- Account reconciliation
- Assist in monthly/ yearly closings
- Daily accounting operations, finance matters and administrative tasks
- Any other accounting projects or any duties as assigned
What are we looking for
- Students with Finance and Accountancy background
- Proficient in Microsoft excel, good knowledge in Powerpoint & accounting systems
- Meticulous, organised and good attention to details
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills as this role will require you to work closely with cross functional teams and business leaders
- Strong desire to learn
- Able to commit for at least 6 months
