Job Description

We are looking for a community executive to come join our growing team. The community executive role will be in charge of social media, community management and events for our beauty and fashion vertical. 

Here are some of the daily tasks

  1. Monitor all social media trends and keep up-to-date with changes in FB/Instagram/Snapchat algorithms for high engagement posts.
  2. Use Google Analytics, Facebook Insights and other measurement tools to provide reports on metrics.
  3. Find ways to continuously improve user engagement
  4. Be well-versed in social media and online community trends, technology and strategies.
  5. Manage communities handled by the company and closely monitor and coordinate with the group managers
  6. Cultivate a positive social media milieu for users to interact by being responsible for reader support, answering questions and managing any online feedback posted in our social media platforms (Facebook, G+, Twitter, Instagram, etc.)
  7. Build and nurture relationship with bloggers
  8. Liaise with fellow community managers in order to maintain consistency in the Tickled Media branding.
  9. Content/ caption creation. Coordinate with editorial and client support teams in scheduling posts in our social media platforms (Facebook, G+, Twitter, Instagram, etc.)
  10. Seeding of articles in relevant Facebook Group and G+ for editorial and client support
  11. Help in content such as articles, newsletters, communications materials, and material for social media channels
  12. Attend selected media invites for events and press conferences and conduct interviews.
  13. Attend meetings to review and analyse performance and set goals.
