Tickled Media – Events Intern

This position will give you an opportunity to work in a vibrant, digital publishing company. As the Events Executive intern, you will work closely with the sales team and clients to create and deliver events for our clients as well as in house events to  compliment our leading digital women-focused publications.

• Developing and implementing successful events strategies to increase offline brand exposure, partnerships with clients and readership base.
•    Planning and managing company events.
• Liaising and negotiating with suppliers.
• Dealing with all operations and logistics pre, during and post event.
• Liasing with other departments such as brand solutions and content to co-ordinate client requirements.
• Securing sponsorship where applicable.  
• Managing the production of event marketing materials, - this can involve writing and proofreading copy and liaising with designers and printers.
• Liaise with clients on all their event requirements.
