Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall accounting functions and prepare the monthly management reports, monitor performance against budgets and forecasts for overseas subsidiaries and related companies in a timely manner.

• Prepare inter-company billings and audit schedules.

• Assist in annual budgeting and forecasting exercises.

• Assist in various ad hoc finance projects and initiatives.

• Ensure financial recording accuracy and compliance with established accounting standards, procedures and internal controls on a monthly basis.

• Assist in month-end closing and reporting.

• Preparation of financial statements and reports.

• Assist in daily Finance operations.

• Assist in any other ad-hoc duties.

Requirements:

• Educational background in accounting/finance

• Required knowledge in accounting

• Meticulous with good communication skills

• Able to work independently and as a team
