Job Description
- Responsible for on-site start-up, installation, commissioning & maintenance of client’s equipment and system
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system hardware and software fault and alarm. Identifying cause of fault and
- Planning of maintenance schedule and carry out routine and corrective maintenance which include software enhancement, bug fixes, patches as per defined within SLA
- Point of contact for client – To ensure the service and system is returned to an operational state following the processes and resolution defined within the SLA
- Conduct training for customers' engineers and technicians
- Support of business applications for all responsible locations
- Support the creation of in-house software including installation, troubleshooting, and commissioning.
