Job Description

Role Overview 

We are looking for an intern to support business development and client engagement activities. The intern will also attend selected consultations to assist in documenting client instructions for estate planning and will preparation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development Support

  • Assist with outreach and partnership initiatives

  • Support marketing and client engagement activities

  • Help manage enquiries from marketing campaigns or referrals

2. Consultation Support

  • Attend selected consultations with will drafters, lawyers, or estate planners

  • Take structured notes of client instructions and relevant details

  • Assist in preparing summaries for internal drafting and follow-up

3. Content & Media

  • Assist in creating educational content on wills, estate planning and legacy topics

  • Support social media content creation (articles, short videos, podcasts)

  • Participate in videos or educational discussions where appropriate

Learning Exposure Interns may have opportunities to sit in on discussions or consultations involving professionals such as corporate lawyers, business lawyers, medical doctors, and estate planning practitioners, providing practical exposure to how legal, medical and financial considerations come together in legacy and succession planning.

Requirements

  • Good communication and writing skills

  • Organized and able to take clear, structured notes

  • Comfortable appearing in educational or social media content

  • Interest in law, business, finance, or estate planning

 

A minimum of 6 months tenure is required for this internship position.
