Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Business & Advisory Exposure

  • Work closely with senior leadership on business initiatives, client projects, and growth strategies.

  • Develop an understanding of business advisory practices, strategic thinking, and decision-making processes.

  • Perform research and analytical work to support ongoing projects and business recommendations.

  • Assist in the creation of client materials, business proposals, reports, and presentation decks.

2. Marketing & Business Development Initiatives

  • Participate in marketing activities aimed at supporting brand awareness and lead generation efforts.

  • Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.

  • Evaluate campaign performance and provide insights to improve engagement and effectiveness.

  • Contribute creative ideas to support customer acquisition and business growth objectives.

3. Business Analytics & Reporting

  • Collect, organize, and interpret business-related information and datasets.

  • Support the monitoring of operational metrics, project progress, and performance targets.

  • Prepare summaries and reports highlighting trends, findings, and actionable insights.

  • Assist in identifying areas for operational improvement and efficiency enhancement.

4. Research & Thought Leadership

  • Conduct research on business, financial markets, economic developments, and industry trends.

  • Transform research findings into educational content, commentaries, newsletters, and knowledge-sharing materials.

  • Track relevant developments that may impact businesses, investments, or strategic decision-making.

  • Support content creation initiatives that enhance the firm's professional presence.

5. Operations & Special Projects

  • Assist with initiatives related to business development, financial services, mortgage-related projects, and training programmes.

  • Take responsibility for assigned projects and contribute to their successful execution.

  • Work collaboratively with different stakeholders on cross-functional assignments and strategic initiatives.

  • Support process improvement efforts and operational enhancements where required.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma, GCE A-Level qualification, or Bachelor's degree.

  • Keen interest in business strategy, consulting, entrepreneurship, finance, or marketing.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

  • Proactive learner who can thrive in a dynamic and fast-moving environment.

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.

  • Able to work independently while contributing positively within a team setting.

  • Demonstrates initiative, accountability, and a willingness to take on new challenges.
