Service Associates/ Supervisor / Team Leader: 

Position summary

Be our brand ambassador by delivering great experience to our customers.

Reporting to:

Restaurant Manager/Asst. Restaurant manager

• Deliver excellent customer service to all customers by acting with a customer comes first attitude and connecting with the customer. Identify and fulfill customer needs.
• Welcome customers with a smile and lead them to their seats/take order at the counter
• Present menu, take orders, suggest and recommend menu items as per customer needs
• Ensure that all customers’ orders are properly placed for the kitchen to execute and delivered to guests in a timely manner
• Up-sell additional food and beverage products to customers
• Present bills and collect payments and thank the customer for patronizing our brands
• Follows brand’s operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety and security, to ensure the safety of all partners during each shift.
• Perform general housekeeping and cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping
• cleaning glasses, furniture and fittings as required.
• Be a strong team player and contribute to creating a positive work environment
• Be punctual and report on time in proper uniform and grooming.
• Execute any other duties as requested by immediate superiors.
