Order Fulfilment Operations
Take charge of order fulfilment operations from confirming the orders, overseeing kitchen production to delivery of orders to customers.
Lead and supervise a team of ambassadors and temporary workers to facilitate flyer distribution and order fulfilment activities.
Plan and allocate sufficient resources and manpower for day-to-day operations.
Ensure clear and effective communications across all stakeholders (internal and external communication)
Customer Service
Act as the voice of our customers, get to know them personally during day-to-day operations and reflect any changes required to serve them better.
Work with various departments to respond timely and effectively to customer feedback, complaints and enquiries.
Develop engagement strategy and programs to maintain good customer relationships and loyalty.
Must Haves:
Strong interest in operation management and customer service
Willingness to get hands dirty
Strong communication skills (both written and spoken English)
Attention to detail and can create and follow processes
Strong interest to learn in a startup environment and have the ability to adapt to changes
Possess a Class 3 license (able to drive mini delivery van)
Fresh graduates with no prior experience are welcome
