The Customer Service & Support Representative will be responsible for a wide range of tasks to ensure smooth operations and top-notch customer support.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls and perform telephone screening.
  • Take and promptly pass on telephone messages to the operations team to plan the pickup of pets.
  • Handle administrative matters such as purchasing daily supplies, managing packages, and overseeing deliveries.
  • Arrange couriers and prepare proforma invoices and related documents.
  • Assist with internal communication issues.
  • Handle administrative and clerical work.
  • Provide administrative support to the Operations Department.
  • Coordinate daily operational activities.
  • Monitor jobs closely and provide necessary updates to clients.
  • Respond to customer feedback and inquiries, offering excellent client support while maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Attend to guests, customers, vendors, and candidates.Ensure rooms are pleasant and clean before guest arrival.
  • Manage phone calls and inquiries in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOP).
  • Maintain a friendly, neat, pleasant, and professional image to guests.
  • Welcome and greet guests, addressing them by name if known, in a warm and professional manner according to service standards.
  • Attend to guests with light refreshments or any other needs.
  • Handle cashier duties.
  • Maintain effective communication with the operations team to ensure funeral rooms are booked and prepared.
  • Perform general administrative duties as required.Assist in resolving customer inquiries as necessary.
  • Deliver work and service excellence consistently.
  • Uphold the company's reputation at all times.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.
