We source thoughtfully designed products from around the world and combine them with fast delivery, a wide range, and a secure shopping experience, making life easier for seniors and their caregivers.
Singapore's silver economy is growing fast, and so are we. We're looking for a Sales & Marketing Intern to help us reach more customers, tell our brand story across digital channels, and support the day-to-day running of a lean, fast-moving team.
Sales & Marketing Intern at The Golden Concepts
You'll work closely with our team to plan and execute campaigns across social media, e-commerce marketplaces, and our website. You'll get hands-on experience with content creation, paid and organic social strategy, customer service, sales, and order operations, with real ownership over projects. This role suits someone who's comfortable using AI tools and short-form video to create content efficiently, and who's excited to apply your skills to help grow a small e-commerce brand.
What You'll Do
- Plan and create content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and our website, including short-form video and photos
- Use AI and editing tools (e.g. Canva, CapCut) to produce content quickly without compromising quality
- Support marketing campaigns, product launches, and events, and help track their performance
- Assist with growing our presence on e-commerce marketplaces (e.g. Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop), including listings and promotions
- Provide attentive customer service; handling enquiries by phone, email, and chat, and serving walk-in customers at our showroom
- Handle sales conversations and help match customers with the right products for their needs
- Support enquiries from organisations, including preparing quotes, invoices, and documentation
- Assist with order fulfilment and basic operations
- Project Ownership: identify opportunities, propose solutions, and take ownership of projects that grow sales and strengthen our marketing presence
What We're Looking For
- Comfortable and active on social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook), with an eye for what makes content engaging
- Interested in using AI tools to work smarter
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Proactive, organised, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a small team
- Positive, adaptable, and keen to take on new challenges
- Genuine interest in customer service, sales, or the eldercare/health space is a plus
- Prior experience with photography, video editing, sales, or e-commerce platforms is a plus
