Job Description

Operations & Sales Intern at The Golden Concepts 

This internship offers hands-on exposure to e-commerce operations, sales, and improvement projects. Interns will support daily operations and lead initiatives to improve efficiency and drive growth, including using AI tools. Ideal for students seeking practical experience, ownership, and meaningful impact in a lean, collaborative team.

What You’ll Do

This is a hands-on role with exposure to both daily operations, sales and improvement projects.

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage order fulfilment and coordinate deliveries
  • Organise and optimise warehouse storage and inventory flow
  • Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock across showroom and warehouse
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure product standards are met
  • Support customer service across phone, online, and in-store channels
  • Assist walk-in customers at the showroom
  • Support online sales channels such as product listings and order coordination
  • Handle administrative and day-to-day operational tasks

Project Ownership (Key Learning Opportunity)

  • Identify opportunities, propose solutions, and take ownership of projects that improve operational efficiency and meaningfully contribute to sales growth.
  • Leverage AI tools where relevant to improve processes, productivity, and enhance decision-making
  • Identify inefficiencies and suggest practical, implementable improvements
  • Share recommendations and outcomes with the team
