Expected Commitment: Approximately 4–8 hours per week (flexible around academic schedules)

Reporting To: Community Engagement Manager / Assigned Mentor

Key Responsibilities

1. Student Community Engagement

• Represent Welcome Intern professionally within your university community and approved online platforms.
• Build meaningful relationships with fellow students by introducing career development opportunities and encouraging participation in professional learning initiatives.
• Participate in discussions, networking activities, and student engagement initiatives that foster career awareness and professional growth.

2. Campus Outreach & Brand Awareness

• Support approved campus outreach activities where permitted under university policies and student organization guidelines.
• Share official Welcome Intern announcements, events, and educational content using approved communication channels.
• Assist with introducing Welcome Intern programs through presentations, student club collaborations, information sessions, and digital campaigns when appropriate.

3. Digital Marketing & Communications

• Create awareness using approved social media content and digital communication strategies.
• Promote official campaigns through university communities, online platforms, and professional networks.
• Encourage positive community engagement while maintaining professional communication standards.

4. Feedback & Market Insights

• Collect constructive feedback from students regarding career development needs and learning interests.
• Share observations and insights with the Welcome Intern team to support continuous improvement of programs and student experiences.
• Assist in identifying opportunities to improve student engagement and outreach effectiveness.

5. Partnership Development

• Build professional relationships with student clubs, societies, and campus organizations where appropriate.
• Support collaborative initiatives that encourage student participation in professional development activities.
• Assist in expanding Welcome Intern's campus presence through ethical and respectful engagement.

Working Guidelines

To maintain professionalism and ensure compliance with university policies and applicable regulations, Intern Ambassadors are expected to:

• Conduct all activities professionally and ethically.
• Follow the policies, student codes of conduct, and promotional guidelines of their respective university.
• Conduct campus outreach only where permitted by university policies and with any required approvals.
• Use only official Welcome Intern materials, branding, and communication templates approved by the company.
• Obtain written approval before creating or distributing new promotional materials on behalf of Welcome Intern.
• Respect the privacy and confidentiality of students, applicants, and university partners.
• Comply with all applicable laws, including data protection and responsible digital communication practices.

Performance will be assessed based on factors such as:

Compensation

This internship offers a flexible, milestone-based incentive structure designed to recognize meaningful contributions and successful completion of agreed outreach objectives.
