The Drinkery Pte Ltd – Craft Beer eCommerce Intern at Thirsty Beer Shop

Thirsty is an online beer store on a mission to share the joy of craft beers with more people in Singapore.

We have a few openings for e-commerce interns. This is a great opportunity for anyone seeking to learn what it takes to run an e-commerce store and gain hands-on experience in all aspects of e-commerce business operation. This internship can convert into full-time employment for successful interns. 

You will be responsible for the daily management and operation of multiple selling platforms where our beers are sold, such as online marketplaces, on-demand delivery platforms and online groceries. What you will be doing:

• Product listings - upload new items, edit product images, write product descriptions, monitor and update stock levels.

• Storefront management - regular refresh, optimise store layout, improve user browsing experience and enhance product discoverability. 

• Customer service - answer customer queries, update customers with new products or back in stocks, update delivery status, resolve order and delivery issues. 

• Grow traffic and sales - plan promotions, participate in platform marketing campaigns, increase store visibility and coverage, collect and analyse sales data, report key metrics, generate actionable insights. 

We are a small and lean team, so you will be expected to wear many hats, get your hands dirty and handle multiple tasks and projects. Qualities we look for:
