Job Description

Job Scope:

•⁠ ⁠Promote local telco products and services to customers

•⁠ ⁠Assist customers with sign-ups and transactions

•⁠ ⁠Address customer enquiries in a friendly and professional manner

•⁠ ⁠Maintain product knowledge and provide accurate information

•⁠ ⁠Support daily retail operations and other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Pay: Hourly pay + Commission
