Summary:
The Marketing & Business Development Intern will contribute to brand awareness and business growth in both B2B and B2C sectors through initiatives such as digital marketing, social media management, offline marketing, market research, content creation, events and other promotions. You will also work with our sales team and participate in client liaison activities to improve customer conversions and build customer loyalty. Beside these, you’re also giving the chance to do sourcing and liaise with supplier to understand the entire supply chain management and enhance your business development experiences.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Supporting existing clients and our account managers, as well as making connections with new clients
- Contribute to project of new company website development and also the SEM & SEO programme with the internal and external marketing team
- Supporting the digital media management by updating and creating graphical and text content for digital and offline marketing channels including EDMs, website content, social media content and product banners, etc.
- Contribute to conceptualizing new marketing initiatives such as product, price and seasonal promotions
- Managing marketing databases, CRM and administration of marketing activities
- Ensuring client enquiries are addressed and client orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner
- Any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by the immediate superior
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- MUST HAVE can do attitude who is willing to act like their own entrepreneur
- High organizational skills with ability to prioritize a diverse workload and to keep track of deadlines (essential)
- Knowledge of Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint (Essential)
- Knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator will be advantageous
- Relevant qualifications in subjects such as Business, Marketing, IT, Computer Studies or Management can be advantageous
