Tessaract.io – Project Management Intern

Tessaract.io is an all-in-one enterprise management software for professionals built on a cloud-native architecture. Tessaract.io gives control and creates efficiency, keeping track of workflows, schedules and billings of cases from initial execution to eventual completion. It includes the full suite of features for client and case management, including automated task creation and document generation. 

Responsibilities

• Work with Project lead to create implementation plans for different clients depending on size.
• Collaborate with Project Lead to manage expectations of clients and keep track of project timelines.
• Working with Project Lead on gathering clients’ business requirements for product configuration and data migration.
• Assist in the configuration of the product to suit clients’ business needs.
• Conduct analysis on datasets to derive actionable intelligence on client business processes.
• Assist in designing, planning and managing the data extraction and migration process.
• Process large datasets using excel or programmatic scripts to retrieve pertinent information for migration.
• Conceptualise and assist in the design of scripts used in data extraction, processing and import via web application or database.

Skills and pre-requisites

• Able to manage multiple moving projects at different speeds while keeping track of the deliverables and timeline.
• Able to manage ad-hoc teams.
• Being succinct and clear.
• Excellent command of verbal and written communication skills as well as service-oriented working attitude.
• Experience in using Microsoft Excel functions and macros.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL server and SQL is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and with a team.
• Pursuing degree in Business, Computer Science, Information System or relevant disciplines.
