Tenseven Pte Ltd – Marketing cum eCommerce Executive

Job Description 

• Responsible for end-to-end eCommerce performance including sales, stock availability, visibility, traffic generation, order management & fulfilment etc
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders relating to system enhancement and usability to meet business goals
• Handle customers complain and ensure that all issues are addressed
• Conducting research for industry-related topics on current trends, developments and pricing strategies
• Suggesting new ways to promote the brands and products, and to reach consumers online
• Support functions of marketing role including but not limited to online and events
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Marketing/Mass Communication or related discipline, with 1-2 years of E-commerce experience
• Knowledge in using e-commerce platform
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent research, organizational, and time management skills.
• Able to work independently and efficiently
