Job Description

Job Brief:
We are looking for an intern to help conduct market research and data organisation.
The successful candidate will be able to gather information, consolidate, and prepare reports of their findings.
Their goal is to provide a clear, easy to understand explanation of their research.


Conduct web-based research by locating, gathering, organise and analyse data from multiple sources
Interpretation of data gathered and preparation of reports with commentaries
Collate and maintain databases key financial information, statistics, and analysis for market intelligence
Collect quantitative and qualitative data from competitor marketing campaigns
Analyse industry trends for existing and potential new markets
Research and evaluate competitor marketing and digital content.

Hands-on activities may include conducting market/field research
Communicating and coordinating with the wider team to brainstorm ideas for new and innovative marketing campaigns
Locate sources of supply for purchasing and obtaining process
Completing other tasks as/when required.

Requirements:
Proficiency in Mandarin and English
Computer-based business applications, including Microsoft Excel, to analyse large data sets
and to control for quality and accuracy.
Excellent analytical and numerical skills
Enthusiasm for the f&b industry and confident individuals with an eye for detail and numbers.
Strong communication skills necessary to build relationships with high-level executives, and also a team player.
Willing to take initiatives with analytical skills.
Knowledge of e-commerce platforms is a plus.
