- Job Description
Management of e-Commerce store on various platforms and websites
Product selection for featuring
Enhance and rectify non-performing existing product content
Managing and responding to customer online enquiries
Order fulfilment, order packing and arranging of inventory
Inventory management Assist with placements of orders, refunds, exchanges or complaints
Customer review management
Participate in marketing sales and campaigns
Track, monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
Any other adhoc duties
