Assist Talent Development Lead (Singapore & South Korea) in :
- Attending to Talent Development related enquiries from employees
- Managing end-to-end execution of various training calendars/ learning programs by ensuring their timely implementation including managing enrolments, arranging the logistics, liaising with the internal faculty / external training providers to customise and develop the training programmes and materials, post-training evaluations etc
- Analyzing data, generating report and monitoring progress on training compliance of key accounts
- Collaborating with overseas support teams to execute learning requirements
- Design, development & execution of learning campaign to promote learning culture
- Identifying learning needs and skills gap analysis and designing of training calendar
- Introducing any process improvement or ideas that will make the function more effective and relevant
- Designing and executing initiatives that can promote STEM education in Singapore, targeted in helping young students to gain basic orientation to programming and IT industry
- Any other adhoc duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirement:
- Independent and organized , comfortable with details
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good team player who is adaptable, able to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Resourceful, creative and self-motivated
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, in particular Excel (Vlookup, Pivot table etc) and PowerPoint
