Job Responsibilities

• Generate daily food and beverage flash reports and verify daily receiving summaries.
• Conduct spot checks for inventory reconciliation at service bar outlets.
• Update food costs with recipe changes and prepare month-end reports and vouchers for food, beverage, and tobacco.
• Perform month-end stock-takes for beverages and tobacco, and compute costs and margins for Club accounts and internal events.
• Attend F&B meetings to report major cost variances and provide ad hoc reports as needed.
• Perform financial analysis for the entire F&B business, collaborating with the Director of Finance & F&B Manager.
• Assist the Director of Finance in preparing key committee meeting materials, sending meeting notifications, and coordinating logistics.
• Set up equipment and manage meeting logistics on the meeting day, including writing and finalizing minutes.
• Responsible for sending minutes to the Committee Chairman for approval and assisting with other ad hoc project coordination and financial analysis tasks.

Job Requirements

Qualification

• Diploma in Accounting and above

Experience

• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in the hospitality industry

Skills & Knowledge

• Proficient in MS Word and Excel and familiar with accounting software
• Able to work independently and is a good team player
