In this internship, you will be able to get closely involved with both the sales process & business development process in developing strategic partnerships that take the business forward. 

 

What you can expect to work on:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential prospects & generate leads
  • Initiate communication with leads and conduct follow-up actions throughout the sales cycle 
  • Setup appointments with prospects & prepare necessary materials for the meetings
  • Get the opportunity to sit into meetings, observe the sales process & expand your network
  • Support the sales process by preparing sales decks and sales materials for prospective clients and strategic partners
  • Manage data for new and prospective clients in the CRM system. Ensure all communications are logged, information is accurate and documents are attached. 
  • Get involved in the sales recruitment process. Learn about how companies hire for sales professionals & what they look out for.



What we’re looking for:

  • Strong ability in developing slide decks: You know how to develop decks that captivate, engage and tell a story. You know the PowerPoint hacks that others don’t.
  • Attention to detail: You are sensitive to misaligned elements on a slide deck, grammar errors, missing full-stops and font-sizes that are off by even 1 pt. 
  • Resourceful: In your market research and thinking of who could be potential prospects, and how to initiate communication with them.
  • Confident communicator: You are comfortable communicating with prospects & partners who may range from working level to key decision makers.
  • Keen interest in sales: If you are keen to explore or develop a career in sales, we have opportunities for a full-time conversion into a sales operations or sales position.
