This is an exciting opportunity to join one of our F&B client as a Accounts Executive with the opportunity to be converted to full time based on performance.

Job Description

3 Months Temp Accounts Executive


  • Location : near to One North MRT
  • 5 days work: 9am to 6pm
  • able to convert to perm based on performance

Working closely with outsource partner, you will be handling the following responsibilities:

Accounts Receivable:

  • Help to prepare quotation; invoices; delivery orders. Submitting billing for e-invoice.
  • Check and prepare report from various Sales Channel and follow up payment with customers
  • Download and monitor Grab/Nets payment from Customers.
  • Check if the pre-order payment tally with the bank records and raise refund when required

Accounts Payable:

  • Assist Accountant in payment
  • Daily petty cash updates

What it Takes:

  • Diploma in Accounting
  • Basic knowledge in Accounting would be advantageous
  • Initiative, well organized, meticulous and able to work independently.
