Job Description

The candidate will be in charge of implementing all marketing and analytics initiatives through content generation, event operation, copywriting, public relations and design in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

  1. Plan, select, write, edit and post the social media contents in all existing and new social media channels including but not limited to LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, newsletter, Telegram, WeChat official account, Weibo, Xiaohongshu, Zhihu, Tiktok and Douyin.
  2. Assist the analytics and marketing team to develop campaign collaterals including but not limited to social media ads, brochures, posters, event materials etc.
  3. Follow social & job industry trends to form marketing plans for traditional and social media platforms.
  4. Conduct questionnaire surveys according to the requirements of the analytics project.

Requirements

  1. Ability to implement and monitor digital marketing campaigns and activities, collaborating with partners closely to deliver optimum impact.
  2. Ability to manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms to enhance digital presence.
  3. Knowledge of traditional and digital media channels and platforms for integrated marketing communication program.
  4. Skills in designing and implementing questionnaire surveys and knowledge of marketing research in relation to survey methodology.
