Key Responsibilities
- Assist in daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and issuing IT hardware and data center equipment
- Support inventory management, stock tracking, and periodic stock audits
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments in the system
- Coordinate with procurement, engineering, and data center teams for equipment movement and delivery schedules
- Assist in labeling, packaging, and organizing IT assets and spare parts
- Support asset tagging and asset lifecycle management processes
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and compliance with IDC operational standards
- Help prepare logistics reports and inventory summaries as required
- Participate in process improvement initiatives for warehouse efficiency
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, IT, or related field
- Strong interest in data center operations and IT infrastructure environment
- Basic understanding of inventory management or warehouse operations is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting tools
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow procedures strictly in a controlled operational environment
