HR Intern will be supporting and working alongside as Busiess Support. Allowing interns to gain deeper insights and understanding of an international company.

Responsibilities:

• Strategizing and executing employee life cycle and engagement 
• Organizing cross-country payroll 
• Represent services that the company may introduce as we look to diversify new revenue streams that capitalize on our customer base and scale
• Budget planning and business forecasting 
• Researching and engaging with potentials worldwide 
• Understanding the diversified market and its competitors 

Requirements:

• Under-Graduate or Gradates from Polytechnic or graduate programs. (Preferably studies in marketing, business, finance or similar fields. Also open to fields such as Logistics or Maritime due to company’s focus industry) 
• Highly motivated and driven. 
• Independent learner and worker. 
• Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal skills. 
• Eager learner to grow and develop.
