Job Description

SWIFT Professional Services division of around 150 people delivers over 30 different types of services and support offerings to our end customers in Asia Pacific.

We are looking for a talented and inquisitive individual to join our Global Resources Management Office – Services Partner Management team as an intern. This team focuses on the relationship management of our Global Services Partners and in the evolution of our services sub-contractor partner strategy to achieve service delivery excellence.

As an intern, you will be working closely with the regional team in Asia Pacific as well as the operations and resource management team at global levels. You will be exposed to a variety of internal and external activities. This is an opportunity for an individual to develop analytical and communication skills, learn about the payments and banking industry and be exposed to strategic business discussions within SWIFT.

 

What to Expect:

  • In close collaboration with the Global Resources Management Office – Services Partner Management team in APAC, you will:
  • Engage with our Services Partners in defining and finalizing work orders and Statement of Work (SOWs) with respect to assignments outsourced to our Services Partners
  • Provide assistance on daily operations including project progress tracking on assignments outsourced to our Services Partners to ensure timely execution and completion of projects
  • Perform user account maintenance, review and update data in the operational tools
  • Maintain clear and accurate operations documents/procedures for reference purpose and engage in process improvements when required
  • Conduct data analysis, and cleansing on selected databases and reports

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Analytical and problem solving skills combined with flexibility, adaptability and can do attitude
  • Attention to details and self-driven
  • Inquisitive, keen to learn and open to feedback
  • Able to work well within diverse teams and deal with multiple stakeholders internally and externally
  • Proficiency in Chinese language would be an added advantage
