*Please note that our internship programmes last 5-6 months depending on the position, and would require all candidates to commit to the full duration of that period.

About the Job

Looking to break into the international e-commerce scene? Always wanted to try managing your own marketplace stores? If you're passionate about e-commerce and marketplace platforms (such as Amazon, Shopee, Zalora), we want you! This role is the perfect opportunity for all aspiring entrepreneurs and marketers who want to understand the ins and outs of the e-commerce business. As long as you're willing to learn and are a go-getter that takes initiative, being a part of our global start-up will give you all the training and mentorship needed to set you up for success!

Responsibilities

• To assist in day to day execution of e-commerce strategy on all e-Commerce platforms, primarily Amazon, Shopee and Zalora. This includes reporting, setting up campaign mechanics and providing support for product launches
• Create new product listings and work closely with the creative & brand teams for the production of online assets to ensure listings and storefronts are optimized and adhere to brand guidelines
• Creates and distributes engaging content for storefront postings
• Monitor stock levels and work closely with Operation team to ensure acceptable inventory levels across all marketplaces
• Liaise with Customer Service on neutral or negative customer feedback and ensure the Customer Service teams responds to all cases within acceptable period 
• Assistance with various campaigns and other ad-hoc tasks as required each day to help resolve any issues that may arise

• Ability to think outside the box and passion to try new things
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• “Roll-up-your-sleeves” attitude as a self-starter, passionate about bringing and trying new ideas with a bias to action personality
• Ability to work autonomously in a highly demanding and often ambiguous environment, with strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
• Knowledge of e-commerce or beauty industries will be a plus
