- Manage e-Commerce store on various platforms.
- Manage order fulfilment, order picking & packing, tracking of inventory.
- Manage customer online enquiries, respond to customer's queries.
- Assist with placements of orders, refunds, exchanges or complaints.
- Work closely with warehouse and operations team.
- Monitor and consolidate customer reviews.
- Analysis of sales events and campaigns.
- Gather information about campaigns performance and suggest improvements.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
