All the Japanese beef ingredients are imported directly from the factories of origin by Renga-Ya to ensure the traceability of the beef that we serve. Besides the traditional Japanese charcoal BBQ, wide variety of side dishes, and Sake/Wines are prepared for unique dining experience.

We are Japanese Yakiniku restaurant located at CHIJMES and looking for highly motivated full time Kitchen Cooks to join us! 44hours/week - 6 days (2 days half day - dinner shift)

Working Location: CHIJMES Nearby MRT station - City Hall (Every Monday restaurant will be closed).

Requirements:- At least 1 year's relevant experience is required.- Ability to commence work within a short period of time would be advantageous.- “Can do” and “Can Learn” attitude.- Willingness to work shift hours, weekends and public holidays.- WSQ Food and Hygiene is an advantage

Responsibilities:- To prepare the kitchen for daily operations.- Ensure that all standards of food preparation & cooking menu items follow straightly company standards recipe and SOP.- Willing to work multiple task and working as team.- Ensure that keep well on operations hygiene standard & food safety.- Able to take instruction and work under pressure.- Positive attitude and good hygiene.- Perform other ad-hoc duties as and when required.
