Structo is a Singapore-based dental 3D printing solutions provider. We design, develop and build 3D printers tailored for dental applications using our unique proprietary Mask Stereolithography or MSLA technology. We have our solutions installed in leading dental laboratories worldwide across 4 continents. We are a diverse team in R&D and Engineering positions across hardware design, software development and material science disciplines.
Responsibilities:
Ensure On-Time- Delivery from Supplier and perform PO rescheduling as necessary
Assist in ERP Master Data maintenance
Investigate with stakeholders (Buyer, Store, Logistics & etc) to close past due POs
Ensure timely preparation of all required relevant purchasing, shipping and delivery documents in an accurate
manner.
Background/Requirements
Keen interest in sourcing/planning/purchasing/supply chain
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good Organizational and follow-up skills
Self-starter
Thoroughness / attention to details
Computer skills (Smartsheets, Windows, MS Office, email, previous SAP experience preferred)
Minimum 8weeks internship engagement
Training for necessary skills will be provided when required.
Position Type
Work days are from Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
