- Job Description
The Ecommerce Officer is responsible in supporting the ecommerce team with daily operations:
- To assist in handling basic chats from the various online platforms such as Lazada, Shopee etc
- To call customers for agent delivery arrangement
- To handle exchange / return requests communication and logistics on a daily basis
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned.
