Position Overview

As a Retail Sales Associate, you can expect lots of fun and challenges during your course of work! You get to interact with people from all walks of life, introducing our products to them, suggesting how our products can improve their quality of life.As a Retail Sales Associate, you'll enjoy a dynamic work environment, engaging with diverse customers and showing them how our products can improve their quality of life. Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement:

  • Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming, personalized shopping experience.

  • Understand customers’ needs to offer tailored product recommendations.

  • Follow up on leads to convert inquiries into sales, making customers feel valued.

Sales:

  • Use product knowledge to recommend and upsell premium items.

  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, contributing to store growth.

  • Actively seek opportunities to close deals and achieve goals.

Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with your team to achieve store goals and provide excellent service.

  • Share feedback and insights to improve sales strategies.
