Trio-tech International Pte Ltd – System Engineer Intern

The company designs, manufactures and markets both front and back-end equipment and systems used in the testing and production of semiconductors. 

• Perform engineering hardware prototype testing and troubleshooting using oscilloscope, source measurement unit and multimeter.
  
  
• Perform testing on GUI application software and embedded firmware.
  
  
• Perform testing and troubleshooting of different type of assembled burn-in driver boards and other related circuit boards.
  
  
• Resolve day-to-day system manufacturings hardware and software technical problems.
  
  
• Assist in all kind of engineering projects and manufacturing work orders, including preparing electrical drawing, BOM preparation & costing and engineering documentation.
  
  
• To use omron PLC controller (Model : ZEN-10C4AR-A-V2) and ladder diagram programming language to design the relay control circuitry for semiconductor burn-in system based on customer requirements includes documentation.
  
  
• Using BricsCAD ver.20 CAD design fotware to design semiconductor burn-in system electrical control wirings.
