Under the close mentorship of the director and supervisors, interns will be exposed to a myriad areas of work to give them a good coverage of the financial service operations. Other than their daily job assignments, they will be involved in training workshops, events and overseas learning trips, giving them a unique first-hand working experience in a leading financial institution.
Besides providing a learning platform for tertiary students who are interested in the area of financial services, our internships also provide career opportunities for interns who are interested to pursue a career with us, either in administration, or as financial consultants.

This internship program seeks to provide a hands-on learning experience for students who are looking to start out their career in financial services. At SWA, the intern will gain in-depth knowledge of financial regulations as well as hone soft skills which are beneficial in aiding their personal and professional development.
What you can look forward to as an intern at SWA:
- Support in various work areas to gain an overall view of the financial services operations
- Assist in preparation and organization of client’s portfolio
- Conduct analysis of clients’ financial status and goals
- Assist in customer acquisition and marketing activities

Requirements:
- Existing Polytechnic/University students in Banking & Finance, Business, or other disciplines are welcome to apply
- Able to commit a min. of 3-5 months
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in financial services, wealth management & investment literacy
- Keen learner, self-driven and results-oriented
- Possess an entrepreneurial mindset and willing to take on new challenges
